How should I place an order?
Once you have picked out the watch you want, you must add the item to your shopping bag. Next, you will be prompted to checkout, where you will be required to submit the necessary information to make your purchase (customer information, shipping details, etc).
Be sure to complete and double check all of your details as to avoid a mishap in payments and/or problems with shipping your order.
What if I change my mind?
You can return your unused item for up to 60 days after delivery and receive a full refund.
Where can I apply my discount code?
Once you are at the 'Order Checkout' page, you will be able to apply your discount code in the order summary window. Located directly above the subtotal area, you will be prompted to apply your discount code. Your discount should immediately be applied to your order and taken away from the total.
Do note that you are only able to use one discount code per order.
How will I know my order was placed successfully?
A sure way to know your order is being processed is if the money has been deducted from your account. If the order has reached us and we have processed the payment, then you can be sure it is being dispatched from our facility.
Also, an order confirmation will always be sent to the email address that you supply when placing an order. You are able to view the status of your order through a tracking code that is given to you after ordering. If for some reason you never received a confirmation email, contact our customer service department.
How do I alter or cancel an order I have already placed?
Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible if there is a reason that you must change or cancel your order. For us to accommodate these alterations, we must know about them before we ship them from our facility. We are available by either email or phone.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your delivery policy?
All orders received before 4pm EST will be dispatched to a courier within 12 hours. All shipments include a tracking number that is traceable directly from ambassadorwatches.com
If ordering from within Europe, your item should be delivered within 1-3 business days. For all international shipments, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery time, please get in touch with our customer service team.
Where are orders being shipped from?
Every Ambassador watch will be dispatched from Sweden. All orders will be issued a tracking number and be transmitted via express shipping. Each order will be sent using DHL Global Express.
You have the option to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank payments, or PayPal. For all EU countries, customers have the option to pay through a bank payment, while customers in Sweden can use Swish. For payments made with a credit or debit card, we use the payment managing system Mondido AB. Ambassador does not directly deal with any credit or debit card numbers, with all payments being processed by Mondido which is PCI DSS 3.1 level 1 compliant.
If my payment can not be processed, what should I do?
If you are unsuccessful in paying with either your debit or credit card, it is usually because your card is from another country than from the one you are actually ordering from. Our payment management system, Mondido AB, is programmed to block these transactions in an effort to prevent online fraud. If you can’'t pay with your card, it is advisable that you attempt another payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
Policy and Protocol
As the customer, you have the right to return what you ordered and receive a complete refund of a product within 60 days of receiving the order. To receive a refund, please note that it is imperative that the watch is in the same, new condition that it was when it was originally dispatched. Returns should go back to the facility that it was delivered from. Please speak with a member of our customer service team to get further instructions on how to proceed.
To exchange the watch you ordered, the above policies and instructions apply. You are allowed to exchange a product that is the same or lesser in price. If you are wanting to exchange a product for one that is of a higher value, then we will issue a refund. Once the refund is processed, we will inform you, allowing you to order a new watch at your convenience.
How will I know you have received my return?
Once we have received the watch you're returning, we will issue an email confirming the registration of the return. When the email is issued, then you will know our return department has processed your return. From this point, they will issue your refund which should credit your account within 3-5 business days. If you have not received an email from us within two weeks of returning your watch, please contact our customer service team immediately.
What do I do if I received the incorrect product?
If you have received the wrong order or if the product arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within 14 days of the date of arrival.
Warranty and Repairs
The warranty for an Ambassador watch is ten years from the date of purchase. Our warranty will cover manufacturing defects of the watch on the movement, case, or crystal. Other components of the watch (besides the ones listed previously) are not covered under warranty. If you need to have a repair or replacement under warranty, you must use the form under our 'Contact Us' page, which will be titled '‘Warranty and Repair’'. The email should contain your name, address, order number, and a detailed account of the issues.
Charges for repair and/or replacements will incur for the following scenarios, even if the watch is still in warranty.
- -Failure or damage due to negligence or improper use (dents, cracks, crushing, knocks, broken glass)
- -Failure or damage due to unwarranted repairs or alterations
- -Failure or damage due to fire, water, or natural disasters
- -Normal wear and tear damage and/or aging (slight scratches, changes in color of the bands, etc)
- -Battery replacement
